SALES MANAGER
Polymal Group, in an effort to re-position its current operation, has undergone a major corporate restructuring exercise. From being in the upstream segment of the industry, the largest plastic extrusion sheets manufacturer in the South East Asia is rebranding itself in the specialized competitive downstream industry as fabricator of added value plastic products such as Anti-Riot Shields, Signage, Lamp Cover, Roofing sheets, Baby Cots, Containers etc. under a new entity, Polymal PP Sdn Bhd.
We seek the service of an experienced, professional, dynamic and ambitious person who enjoys applying innovative skills in a technical sales field.
The position is based in Klang, however domestic and some international travel will be required. Reporting to the General Manager, the primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting market research and budgeting sales growth
• Plan and execute sales strategies
• Recruiting, training, coaching, organize, managing and motivating sales personals
• Secure new business and enhance relationships
• Organizing and presenting technical seminars
Requirements:
• A sales background in consumer products, building and construction materials, and novelty products will be viewed favourably
• At least 5 years of proven professional sales & marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• An ability to work autonomously
• Sound computer skills
