1st ARA Residents Meeting

DEAR FELLOW RESIDENTS OF “ARA” SECTOR, BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA

Further to the initiative of a few concerned Residents of the ARA sector, 2 MEETINGS were convened on Wednesday and Thursday, 28th & 29th April 2010 to discuss about SECURITY, NEIGHBOURHOOD and COMMUNITY issues affecting ARA sector, which thus far have not been formally organized and we need to do so urgently and address these pressing issues.

1.0 The concerned Residents present unanimously agreed that a 1st ARA RESIDENTS MEETING be organized to look into the welfare of the ARA residents.
2.0 A PRO-TEM COMMITTEE was therefore set up to organize this 1st ARA RESIDENTS MEETING at 3.00pm, SUNDAY, 23rd MAY 2010 at SRI DAMANSARA CLUB
3.0 We are inviting all residents staying in the ARA sector which covers the LAGENDA, MASTIARA, NASTURA & OPHELIA designs to participate.
4.0 The AGENDA for the 1ST ARA RESIDENTS MEETING is listed on page 2.
5.0 Your kind attendance is very much appreciated to not only create a SAFER, BETTER & CLOSER ARA NEIGHBOURHOOD but also to create HIGHER VALUES FOR ALL OUR PROPERTIES IN ARA!!!
6.0 This circular is being distributed by Representatives from the Pro-Tem Committee. They will explain further on the importance of getting ourselves organized for the benefit of our family and community.
